Foxes and Fairies of Tianmen:a spiritual journey not to be missed

Held in Tianmen Mountain, Zhangjiajie, Hunan Province, the performance Foxes and Fairies of Tianmen is known as the first real landscape performance in the world, with the steep mountain as stage background and valley as the stage. It is also the first real landscape opera with a full story. The performance is recreated from the traditional Huagu (Flower Drum) Opera Liuhai Chop down Trees. The melodious and emotional music plus the provocative stage make visitors drop silent tears.

Tips: the performance starts at 8:00 pm every day. Visitors can take the non-stop bus in front of Tianmenshan Cableway Company before 7:00 pm.
