The Grand Theatre of Charming Western Hunan has witnessed a successful performance of 2013 Hunan Happy Xiaoxiang mass Literature and Art on Sept 17th afternoon. Nine judges leaded by Weiwei, the vice director of Hunan provincial propaganda department have graded this final.
