The 8th Tour de Hunan Cycling Race kicked off in Changsha on Oct. 7. Forty-two cyclists of five teams from all over the country participated in the 2,500-kilometer race. The oldest has been 65 years old. The cycling race aims to encourage happy, healthy and low-carbon lifestyle.The participants are required to tour around Hunan after passing the province’s 13 cities and 1 prefecture before returning to their start point — Changsha.
