At 5 pm of July 18, 2016, a circus world project, the largest Sino-Russian project on tourism and culture development, was signed between Hunan and Russia in Russia’s Ulyanovsk region, hometown of Lenin. President of Zhangjiajie Dacheng Shanhui Hotel Mao Zhiping and Deputy Head of Great Moscow State Circus signed a written contract on behalf of Hunan and Russia respectively. Under the contract, a total of 800 million yuan is expected to be invested in Zhangjiajie to build the global largest circus world here.    Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Executive Vice Governor of Hunan Province Chen Xiangqun witnessed the signing ceremony.    The project to be built in Zhangjiajie was a key project cooperation signed between Hunan and Russia at Local Leader Symposium of the Upper and Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River and the Federal District along the Volga River Bank in Ulyanovsk region. The Symposium was attended by State Councilor Yang Jiechi.    Later the two sides will establish working teams to negotiate and collaborate on practical issues. The project is invested by Zhangjiajie Dacheng Shanhui Hotel. The Great Moscow State Circus is in charge of the consultation service during the whole construction progress and follow-up circus shows.      The construction of the circus world project is expected to start from this September.
