As I planned my trip, I contacted Zhangjiajie Tourism Website, e-mail shuire@gmail.com, to book a hotel in Zhangjiajie. The request was taken over by Mr SHUIRE, who showed professionalism in his knowledge of Zhangjiajie sights, communication in English, prompt call response and excellent customer care.

He also acted with good awareness of European background of customers: he suggested more expensive European-brand hotels and a taxi, to which Europeans are accustomed.
