2015 Zhangjiajie Cross-strait Bicycle Race to Kick off

The First Zhangjiajie Cross-strait Bicycle Race is scheduled to commence at the Wulingyuan Scenic Area in Zhangjiajie on March 28. More than 200 cyclists from Taiwan and the mainland road cycling teams will participate in the competition.

The race is composed of road cycling competition, women's competition and challenge competition. Cyclists will cover a distance of 33 kilometers in Wulingyuan Scenic Area on March 28 and 25 kilometers along the 99 slopes on the Tianmen Mountain on March 29.

During the race, the cyclists will fulfill a mission to release giant salamanders to nature, so as to advocate protecting nature and caring for our living environment.

By scanning the code, tourists could receive text information about the scenic spots accompanied by pictures and audio. Scanning the QR code also provides tourists a platform to provide their opinions about Yanghu Wetland Park to park management.
