On August 16, the first Jishou Watermelon Culture Festival was held in its Shuangtang Town. Activities like eating watermelons, testing arm strength with watermelons, and carving watermelons attracted thousands of visitors in the town. The entire town was seen enjoying and practicing the “Watermelon culture” .
