There are  2 buses go to yangsuo everyday ,but only in fangcun bus station, you can by the tickets directly upon your ariival at the bus station.   there are lot of buses from guangzhou to guilin in each big bus station in guangzhou, there is one big bus station close to the railway staion, where you can get there easily. just transfer to yangsuo in guilin.

Regarding the bus from Guangzhou to Yangsuo, you'd better book the ticket in advance, but it is not easy to find the bus station. Better for you to take a train to Guilin first, yangsuo is one hour bus ride from guilin, there are lot of buses to yangsuo close to Guilin train station. are you starting your trip from shenzhen, then yangsuo, then Zhangjiajie, then back to shenzhen? if it is so, there are trains from shenzhen to Guilin directly.
