Changsha City of China and Mogilev City of Belarus officially established friendly-city relationship on June 30, 2017. This April, CPC Hunan Provincial Committee Secretary Du Jiahao visited Belarus, and reached consensus with the counterparts on Hunan and Mogilev Region cooperation.
