Hunan University Holds International Competition of Upcycling Industrial Wastes Based on Low-carbon DesignJointly hosted by the Cultural and Educational Consul of the British Consulate-General, Guangzhou Low-carbon Industry Association, School of Design of Hunan University and Guangzhou Valuda Group Co., Ltd., the Competition named "Upcycling Industrial Wastes Based on Low-carbon Design", as part of 2013 International Universities Cooperation Project, was held at the School of Design of Hunan University on May 10th.Themed "Upcycling and Creative Design", university students from all over the world strived to utilize their creative designing abilities to upcycle industrial wastes such as useless tires, packing belts and caps of plastic bottle and toothpastes.
