The Friendship Week between Hunan Province, China P.R. and Northern Cape, South Africa was held in Kimberley, capital of the Northern Cape, from Sept. 21 to 26. Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Executive Vice Governor Chen Zhaoxiong led Hunan delegation to attend the opening ceremony and major activities.The year 2015 was declared the year of China in South Africa.
