At 5 pm of July 18, 2016, a circus world project, the largest Sino-Russian project on tourism and culture development, was signed between Hunan and Russia in Russia’s Ulyanovsk region, hometown of Lenin. President of Zhangjiajie Dacheng Shanhui Hotel Mao Zhiping and Deputy Head of Great Moscow State Circus signed a written contract on behalf of Hunan and Russia respectively.
